This is same as other posts but no solution was found in the 3 posts I already checked.

I want to fix to English but it keeps going to Japanese (I live in Japan, but don't speak Japanese). I can't find any setting in the account.

I live in Japan, have a business registered in Japan, I pay taxes in Japan, use a Japanese credit card, so it has to be Japan for accounting. I just want to see the website in English. Everybody else has no problem with this, I have about 10 major suppliers with websites that are easy to change the language despite the account itself being in Japan. Do you guys know about software? It's this things with 0s and 1s and is very flexible.

Um, trying to be respectful here and not get angry. Someone that uses Adobe Creative Cloud is going to be using a PC, not a smart phone. There is no similar icon on the normal Adobe pages. I can eventually switch things around by changing to an Australian based website, but by that stage I've lost the page that I was originally working with, e.g. stock images and have to play around again to get there. Going by the number of people posting this, I'm not the only one having trouble here
