Where to find my cloud files online

Explorer ,
Jun 01, 2023 Jun 01, 2023

Hello there,

I would like to view my synced files online via browser, so I don't have to sync them with my laptop.

When I go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents it says there are no cloudfiles?

Or is it the wrong place to look?

Regards,

Hi There,

Welcome to our Community forum. We are sorry for your difficulties as you are unable to find the synced files on the Creative Cloud website. Refer to the below steps to solve your query:

How to find and manage your files

You can access and manage your files on the Creative Cloud website.

  1. Open the Creative Cloud website.
  2. Go to the tab containing your file:

  • Cloud documents: Files created in Adobe Aero, Adobe Fresco, XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop (if you saved files as cloud documents).
  • Published links: Files created and shared from Adobe Aero, Dimension, XD, and InDesign.
  • Synced files: Files you saved to the Creative Cloud Files folder or uploaded directly to the Synced files of the Creative Cloud web.
  • Mobile creations: Files created using Creative Cloud mobile apps.

3. Select a file and then select the More Actions icon

to view what you can do with it. You can share, rename, move, copy, download, or delete files. (You can even upload its new version.)

Also, we have an article created to set up sync options and change the location of the synced filesonn your local machine. Please refer to the article link below:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/set-sync-options.html

Please let us know if this helps you to resolve your issue. We hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks,

Neelam

in addition to the above info:

to clear or check all files stored on adobe's servers, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.
