Which Program Should I use for Digital Menu Boards with Animations and Videos

I am starting to create digital menu boards for restraunts & convenient stores. These will include videos and some basic animation and movies.

I also will want it to include video clips (pouring drinks for example)

I am thinking that Animate is the way to go??.... but wondering if anyone has recommendations of what Adobe products might work better?

What devices are you building this app for?  Be specific because that determines what technology you can use.

If this will be an Internet-based  web app through a browser, you can use Dreamweaver to create the underlying HTML5, CSS and JavaScript code.

• Use After Effects for 2D motion graphics.
• Use Premier for video editing.

Everything in your sample video can be done quite gracefully on the web with static graphics, HTML and CSS keyframe animations.

If you want something for social media platforms, you might look at animations & video made with Creative Cloud Express (formerly called Spark).
