CC Libraries on Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop

I've noticed a recurring bug where whenever my Macbook comes out of Sleepmode with any of Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign open, on return the Libraries don't work. They're either really zoomed in within the panel and you can't click anything, or you're unable to change libraries or sleet anything.

A restart fixes this, but it's still annoying and disrutive to my workflow.

Hi, We are aware of this problem and trying to deliver the fix.  As a workaround, could you please try any of these: - use previous applications version; - unplug the external monitor; - set your machine not to sleep. Teams are trying to fix this as soon as possible, will keep you updated. Apologies for the inconvenience.  Thank you, Mariia

@Mariia Novikova
This is happening to me and my colleague ( @paulasteele) as well. We are not able to connect to our libraries at all. It is hindering our work.

Do you have an update yet?

Thank you,

Nikki

Hi Nikki,

Could you please clarify what issue you are seeing?
This report covers the hang in CCLibraries Panel after the computer returns from sleeping mode. Assets are zoomed in and scrolling not working, restarting the applications helps to fix it. Is it what you are seeing as well?

Thank you,
Mariia

It was happening after returning from hibernating/sleep mode but apparently it was fixed overnight. Thanks!

Did you see the same zooming or error initializing Libraries after the machine woke up?

We haven't pushed the fix for the zooming problem though as it requires the changes on the applications side. Teams are working to deliver it as soon as possible.

Thank you,
CCLibraries team
