Libraries never stops syncing, annoying bug!

Hello! I just shared one of my libraries with my friend and then the libraries tab got endless syncing. It's showing progress til 90% or maybe 100% and then does blink-reload the tab and starts syncing again and so on. It's very annoying and mess my work with libraries. Never seen it before, have tried to restart computer and stop syncronizing in creative cloud app, it never stops. Please help!

I think, the good way is make the button that turns on/off automatic syncing. I can't do this, but Adobe does!
