Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 dejó de funcionar

Al intentar agregar cualquier archivo a la biblioteca el programa se cierra y queda a la espera que Windows encuentre una solución al problema. He intentado con libros protegidos y gratis y sucede lo mismo, con id de adobe registrado y sin la autorización y nada.
