deleting authorization and reinstalling

Hi, I need to clean up my devices  and reset the counter. somebody can help me?

my problem is that I have to read a document which has been downloaded with the account of one of my colleague; I need to reset my authorization to reinstall digital editions with my collague account in order to open the document on my PC.

Not sure if it works for this case, but try launching ade and hitting control+shift+D.  Should ask you if you want to delete your authorization on this computer.  Then try authorization again.  Note ADE 2.0 recommended.
