Also After Effects include Cinema4d Lite. You need to import it into Cinema4d Lite and then into After effects

you export models from Dimension as Obj (best) or one of the other options... after that you are finished with Adobe Dimension

Thanks for reply, but I want to import 3d object file into After effects without using  Element 3D, because my laptop graphic card not compatible with Element 3D, please tell me another way to import 3d object into After effects.

Or you can use Photoshop for creating 3d object animation. That depends on your task.

option 1 = buy a new laptop that can use After Effects

option 2 = use better software than After Effects which runs on the laptop you have now

 

these are not Dimension questions so you are better off asking in the After Effects forum or the forums of which ever other animation software you end up using instead of After Effects i.e, Unity, Unreal, Iclone etc
