Can you mask a 3D object in Dimension?

I need to create 20 screws at different lengths. Since the base is flat, I thought I might be able to mask the object in Dimensions with a cylinder like this:

Is this possible in Dimension, and if so, how? Or should I just model each individual screw separately?

Dimension is not a modeling app and does not have authoring or editing capabilities except the basic shapes.  Dimension does not currently have boolean, pathfinder, or cropping equivilant tools.
