Feature idea: An app that doesn't crash

I just want an app that doesnt crash, isn't painfully slow and doesn't randomly goes to grey screen ruining all the work I've done. Did I mention I lost alot of work? Deadlines stay the same.

I dont trust this app. Troubleshooting isn't helping and is rather basic obvious steps, or steps that dont exsist in the current UI.
