high render still exporting at low quality

I keep trying to export using the high resolution setting but it still gives me a low resolution image. I've even tried to bump up the ppi from 72 to 300 and nothing changes. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!

Try to export PSD file with 32 bit.
