Issues with Fantastic Fold

I am trying to use Fantastic Fold but am running into some issues. While I've been able to use it previously, recently I have not been able to access the program at all. I've attached screenshots showing the conundrum. If I visit the Adobe Prerelease page to sign up for the program, it shows that I am not yet part of Fantastic fold, if I try and load Fantastic Fold, it prompts me to join and then gives me an error message stating my AdobeID is already a part of the program.

Fantastic Fold has become a big part of my teams workflow and I need access back ASAP. Maybe if someone could remove my account from the program, I could sign up again and gain access?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I appreciate the move to a better forum. I only posted to the one I did because it was the forum that came up when I googled my issue and I saw a post that got answers/a fix in that forum.

AFAIK, Fantastic Fold BETA program is for testing bugs & providing feedback only. It's not intended for production use. 

 

Have you tried using another browser like desktop Chrome or Firefox?  Failing that, you would need to reach out to your contact person on the FF Prerelease team.

How would I find my contact person on the team? When I signed up for the BETA I don't recall seeing a contact name. I've tried using both Firefox and Chro,e. but neither browser works and I get the same error in both instances.

Didn't you receive an email from the Prerelease team when you joined?

I know very little about Fantastic Fold except that it was a BETA project. 

 

Adobe may have decided to scrub the FF program. They sometimes do that when new products don't meet the litmus test.  Or when BETAS get integrated into new projects.

You need to have an invite email for the prerelease. Once you do, use an incognito web browser. That worked for my team. As a designer and engineer hybrid, I have a lot of feedback for Adobe. Wonky!!!!!
