Dimension can't lower the polly count... you need a real 3D tool for that, so your only option is to scale it down before export

the file size of what? the Obj models used, the overall size of the Dn file you finish up with or just how many dots are on the image it rendors out

Obj size = scale it down or remake it with less polly,

number of image dots = tell Dimension to make a smaller image i.e, 800 X 800 instead of 1224 X 1224

Dn file size = remove the history
