Adobe Export PDF subscription not recognised

I bought a subscription to Adobe Export PDF in August and it hasn't worked. When I try to use it, I get taken to the payment page. I've used it in the past and it worked fine. Any ideas, please? I've tried to contact Customer Services, but the website is faulty - the page keeps jumping back to the top and I can't scroll down.

Sorry for the delay in response.

We have looked into your account and it seems that you have canceled the Export PDF subscription already. There isn't any active subscription in your account and that it the reason that you have been redirected to the payment page.

If you need any further assistance to contact to Adobe support, then refer to the following link- Contact Customer Care 

and as suggested above, try with the different web browser.
