Hi RiverOaks ER,

No, it is not possible to recover files, once they are deleted from the cloud storage.

Regards,

Rahul

Hi,

I also accidentally deleted a file from https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/files and I cannot believe that I cannot recover the file with its annotations. It's hard work of my team from over a month work.

Please advise!

Thanks

Hey!

Thank you for reaching out.

As the files are deleted from the Document Cloud, sorry to say there is no option to recover the files.

There is nothing much that can be done in this case.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

So Adobe is not providing an enterprise ready solution. I will stop using it and rather use OneDrive

Very true. Something like a wastebin that keeps dkcs at least for a few days is absolutely necessary.

As humans err and computers sometimes fail!
