A Document Cloud membership includes Cloud-based storage, which allows you to access files stored in the cloud from any computer using a web browser. Accessing documents across the device is so easy now.
If you have a Document Cloud membership or a Single App membership, you have 20GB storage. If you have a trial product or a free membership, you have 2GB storage.
You can check your current storage usage in a couple of places.
- Creative Cloud website, View your available storage space on the lower-left corner of the page. When you hover the mouse, you see the total available cloud storage.
- Document Cloud, Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.
- Use Adobe Document Cloud to store and share large files online. Easily upload files in Document Cloud and manage them from your computer or mobile device.
- Document Cloud offers tools, solution, services across Desktop, Mobile, and Web.
Still can’t able to find the cloud storage information, this may mean either you are not using the correct Adobe ID (email address), or not logged in to the correct website.
