Veo pantalla en blanco en vez de ver listado o miniaturas de mis archivos en documents cloud?

Could you please confirm how exactly you are opening viewing the files? Is it online via web browser or through the desktop application Adobe Reader or Acrobat?

You may try the following-

1- If viewing the pdf via web browser, then you may refer to the help article here Enable thumbnail preview of PDFs in Windows Explorer  and try the troubleshooting suggested.

You can also delete the cache and cookies of the web browser and check back.

2- If you are referring to the desktop application then check with a different file and see whether it works or not. Also, see the detailed description here-Page thumbnails and bookmarks in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat

If there is any internet security software, please turn it off for a while and check back.
