I try to print documents in .pdf and they keep getting sent to this address. I am not smart enough to find the documents and attach them to emails I need to send to customers.

    Hi millsmn416m,

ipp.acrobat.com/ipp is the Internet Printing Protocol that's used when you use the CreatePDF Desktop printer. You should find the files that you've printed to PDF stored online in your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Sara,

I haven't found them yet. When I sign in to my account, there's nothing there for me to look at.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi again,

Do you get any errors when you print using the PDF Printer? I wonder if the PDF files just aren't being created.

But, it does sound like you're able to log in to your Acrobat.com account without error. Are there just no files listed on the Files tab?

Let's try this test. Since you have Adobe PDF Pack, you should be able to convert files to PDF directly from the PDF Pack website. Please log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com and click Create PDF. Choose file to convert to PDF. Once it's converted, click Files on the left side of the menu bar. Do you see the file that you just converted?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Best,

    Sara
