Здравствуйте.

Из-за непонимания в чате поддержки, мне отключили Photoshop и написали , что вернут деньги , но в связи с этим у меня большие проблемы с бухгалтерией.

Я пытался 50 минут объяснить , что я хочу просто отключить автоматическую подписку на Photoshop.

В общем мне надо вернуть всё обратно и просто отключить автоматическое продление через год !!!

The irony is that the customer and your support team lost in translation.

Well, what the user has been asking for is just how she can disable the annual subscription which would be prolonged automatically after a year. She hasn't claimed for a refund.

I suppose Rajashree has looked into the account and found that there was no refund initiated. If so, the problem is solved, and after the end of the period, the subscription is not renewed.

If not, however:

...and to add to the confusion, after talking to support via chat, kovsh.maria has canceled the subscription (or support has canceled the subscription) to Photoshop instead of just stopping the automatic annual renewal.

She wants to reverse that and just make sure that the subscription is not renewed automatically.

To add further to the confusion, looking into Rajashree Bhattacharya's link, and depending in the region Maria lives, there may be different actions necessary.
