애프터 이펙트 첫 실행을 하자마자 이런 창이 뜨네요

파란색 해결 버튼을 눌러 읽어보았는데 이해가 되지 않아서요

무엇이 문제인지

혹시 이 문제를 어도비사에서 원격으로 해결해줄 수 없는지 문의하고 싶습니다.
