20GB CC photography plan through stock voucher not upgradable to 1TB

I have been using the CC photography plan with 1 TB cloud storage, but last week I received a 1-year-20GB-CC-photography-plan voucher for uploading more than 300 images to adobe stock. I wanted to use the voucher and thought it would just lower the price of the 1 TB storage option for me. But instead, a new plan with 20 GB cloud storage for one year was added. So I ended up with two plans, which obviously I don't need!

Today I contacted the support by chat that told me to cancel the old 1 TB plan and then upgrade the 20 GB plan. But when I just cancelled the 1 TB plan, the support answered me, that an upgrade of the prepaid plan (by voucher) won't be possible for whatever reason. So it is. There is no button for upgrading the prepaid plan. Now I can cancel the cancellation and pay the normal fee not using the voucher at all or put all of my Lightroom CC images on my PC and import to Lightroom Classic...

Has anybody had a similar problem or any kind of solution for me because the support did not help me?

Thank's in advance!
