2nd subscription - cancellation

Hi there

 

My daughter has accidentally subscribed to photoshop twice (we only realised when our credit card was being charged twice a month).   I would like to cancel one subscription without a cancellation fee as it was a genuine mistake.  How do I get help with this.  Thanks
