been waiting on the phone for 1.35 hours and no one from adobe has answered UGH

Try downloading Camera Raw 6.7 direct from

Win: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5371

this just gave me a whole bunch of items and nothing that looks like something I click on to download the actual 6.7  thanks anyway.

Have you tried to click on the 'Proceed to Download' button on that link?
