When I opened the illustrator cc in the Creative Cloud, it needs me to accept the agreement about the Adobe. Despite I accept over and over, it still makes me to accept again.adobe.PNG

Looking at the screen shot you have attached it looks like the Desktop app is corrupted as it has some tabs missing in it, to resolve these issues please try the steps given here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"
