My old computer finally died and I'm re-installing everything.

I can't find my Photoshop Elements 9 CD, but I have the CD sleeve with the serial number.

When I go to the download page to re-install, I get the following error message

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PSE/9/win32/trials/PhotoshopElements_9_LS15.7z" on this server.

How do i get access to the download?

This brings us back full circle to my original question. The problem is not finding the link to download the application. The problem occurs when I click the link and get "Access Denied."

Thank-you,

Thank-you for the reply.

I am signed in, and it still doesn't work.

I was using Google Chrome, and I decided to try Internet Explorer instead. Now adobe.com works fine.

So the problem is that Adobe and Chrome don't work well together. Switching to IE is what fixed the issue.

Thank-you for your time.
