Hi,

Our software representative resseller told us that when we puchase Acrobat DC that we can download and install Acrobat IX. So we bought from them the most recent Acrobat DC. Then I created my account in Adobe portal and saw that Acrobat IX is not present in our Download dashbord when I'm logged in. I want to know how and where I can download Acrobat Pro IX. Can you help me please?

Thanks!

You can get the installer from here: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

By the way, it's called Acrobat XI (11) not IX (9)...

Thanks for the reply,

Do the serial number stated in the Adobe download portal for Acrobat DC will work with Acrobat XI?

Do you have any person who could answer me about that matter?

Thank you!

There are some Adobe staff hanging around here... Maybe one of them can answer that question. Why not simply try it for yourself, though?

Hi, I do not want to try it, we want a real awnser from Adobe so we can go back to our sales representative if anything goes wrong with our purchase.

And also, maybe it could work, but if that it is not a correct use accordingly with Adobe, then we could be in trouble...

Thanks!
