Hello, I have had Adobe Premiere on myy computer for two years. It was purchased through my city IT dept. The subscription recently expired without my knowledge, and I re-purchased the subscription with my city credit card. However, while it shows I purchased it, I cannot access Premiere on my computer. It's as if I never purchased the subscription. Can anyone help direct to how to get access?
