Hallo Miteinander,

ich bekomme ständig nach dem Schließen einer PDF-Datei die nachstehende Fehlermeldung:

"Auf Grund eines Speicherschadens wird die Anwendung geschlossen"

Weiss jemand Rat, wie man diese störende Meldung wegbekommt bzw. abstellen kann ?

how long has acrobat 7 been installed on the computer giving that message?

if you still have the installation file (which probably requires no serial number), you can uninstall, clean and then reinstall.

 

otherwise, there's nothing legal that can probably be done.

Das ist sehr alte Software auf neuem Betriebssystem. Ich nehme an, dass seitdem sich die Welt mehrfach um die Sonne gedreht hat und das Betriebssystem zwischenzeitlich mehr Speicherfehler einer Anwendung versteht. Im Grunde verstehe ich nicht, wie die Anwendung überhaupt noch installiert werden konnte. Versuche, den Kompatibilitätsmodus einzustellen.

Und dann erkläre mir doch bitte, wie das mit der Aktivierung klappte. Da soll es zwischenzeitlich mit älterer Adobe Software Probleme geben.
