I have downloaded Acrobat XI Pro from my creative cloud desktop app. I tells me it is successfully downloaded and up to date, however it does not appear in my applications folder or anywhere that I can find on my system.

Hi markharfield,

I assume, it's not installed properly. Please go to the Utilities>Adobe installer> uninstall Acrobat XI pro and then reinstall from creative could desktop app.

Let us know if it works.

Regards,

Ashish

Thank you for your response but like I said Adobe Acrobat is nowhere to be found on my system. Not in utilities or anywhere else. But creative cloud desktop still tells me it is fully installed an up-to-date. ??

Hi markharfield,

Please run Adobe cleaner tool on MAC machine and clean Acrobat. You can download cleaner tool from below link. It should work fine and you would be able to install Acrobat XI pro.
