Acrobat Pro 2020 lifetime license can't active

After I entered the product number, it showed the message in the picture, and I can't use the program, even though I bought the program legitimately from a distributor as a lifetime license.

Okay, so when you contacted the chat support, they told you to "help yourself" and sent a link that wasn't helpful for solving the problem. That's incredibly frustrating, especially when you've legitimately purchased a product.

Did you buy a physical product (an install disc) or a download?

If a download you MAY have been sold an illegal product... a company 'multiple install' license that was only for that company... and Adobe has now figured out the illegal sale and blocked the number

I've already asked for and sent the serial number to support for verification. Support confirmed that the serial was legitimately purchased, but they no longer support this version of the product.

Acrobat 2020 is discontinued. ☹️

Acrobat has been upgraded several times since then. The current version is 2024, offered as a perpetual license with three years of access to the desktop software. It does not include online services or feature enhancements beyond those available in the initial release. If you are looking for a version with online services and feature updates, you'll need to subscribe to Acrobat Pro with online services
