We have an important update regarding the sign-in process for Adobe apps. As part of Adobe's ongoing efforts to enhance security and following Microsoft's deprecation of Internet Explorer 11, Adobe is phasing out support for IE 11 in all its applications.
What does this mean for you?
If you're using an outdated version of Windows or an older version of Adobe desktop apps, you might notice a QR code on the sign-in screen instead of the usual Adobe sign-in interface. This change is designed to ensure a smooth transition away from Internet Explorer 11 with minimal disruption to your workflow.
Although QR code authentication is a temporary fix, we highly recommend updating your operating system and Adobe apps to the latest versions to ensure you receive the latest security patches and enhancements.
To find out which Adobe applications display the QR code during authentication and how you can sign in, click below.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
