ich habe 3 mal auf das Ticket geantwortet.

Nun wurde es nach 5 Tagen geschlossen. - Ohne jegliche Lösung

Bitte wieder öffnen und weiter arbeiten- danke

MFG can you please confirm your case number?  They will typically begin with a 1 or a 2 they do not however have any letters typically associated with them.

I did review your account MFG and I see multiple support cases that were terminated due to lack of response.  I would recommend you utilize and alternate web browser,, smart phone, or tablet to contact our support team at Contact Customer Care as suggested by Ned.

The people who resolve cases are not looking in the forums... though one of the staff that do visit could follow up and maybe nudge some effort from the case folks.
