I am a Canadian traveling around Australia for a year and just tried to buy a new plan.
When I typed in my details in the billing portion I used my Canadian address and It then highlighted the boxes in red and says Please enter a valid street address.
Do I need to have an Australian address in order to purchase a new plan?
Does my computer recognize I am in Australia, and I have to have an address as well as pay at Australian pricing?
The requirement is that your payment information is in-line with your address. So if you are using a Canadian credit card you need to enter your canadian address and need to access the web site via the Canadian region:

So if you set Canada as your Adobe region, you credit card is from Canada and your Address is a correct Canadian address, you should be able to buy the program you intend as if you where physically in Canada.

Thanks I ended up getting frustrated and used my Australian address and
payed the excessive pricing!
