Adobe CC Desktop Fullpack (error adobe animat cc)

When installing CC fullpack adobe, via an.exe compiled by my company. I find myself once the installation is finished with an error message when opening CC animate adobe.

I validate the error message, and the software starts.
But it is impossible to load the CC library

and at the opening of a new project here is the message

last but not least, it is impossible for me to publish in html 5 and script in java.

I reinstalled the software several times without success.

Would you have a solution.
This same.exe works on certain workstations.
