I recently installed Creative Cloud and have not been able to get it to load once.
I have tried every suggestion I've seen:
- updated all drivers and system updates
- start in administrator
- uninstall, use CC cleaner and reinstall
- use AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool to check host file
- manually check host file (nothing adobe in there)
I have been in touch with Adobe Support and they remotely controlled the PC and tried a few fixes but were also unsuccessful. They recommended doing any updates possible on the computer though was told upgrading to Windows 11 was not necessary.
I'm running Windows 10, and Update & Security says the processor is too old and therefore unsupported for Windows 11.
I'm at a loss for what to try next. Does anyone have any suggestions?
