I have a 2017 iMac and it has been continually crashing when using adobe creative cloud I am running 10144 latest update - my MAC then started continual crashing and going into a loop where it would crash reset - it was giving medic boot errors and kernels - worked through with apple support and they got me to factory reset everything start afresh which I did Mac up and running again fine used it for a couple of hours then went to reinstall cc downloaded the desktop app and once that was loaded immediately crashed the mac again and went back into reset loop but this times just powers off the only boot up it will accept is back into disc utilities command r - will not safe boot or anything - anyone got any advice / help I though my days of online support and reinstalling were gone when I came back to Mac again from PC ! Before I get all the have you updated comments it was a complete new clean install of Mojave’s and the latest CC APP straight off the adobe site - before then it would work fine but frequently crashRd when using adobe apps lightroom and illustrator mainly either crash the Mac or dump you out of the program and you would have to reset to use again

Thanks to all after another few hours with apple support they told me to box it up and take it to them they fired it up took one look at it said ‘we don’t like this‘ and boxed it off and sent it back to apple proper! So looks like the Mac dislikes everything not just adobe !

Is there any useful information in the crash logs?

Have you tried creating a new Mac user account with full admin level permissions?
