Adobe creative cloud download locked at 2%

Hello, the dowload update of Adobe creative cloud is locked on 2% and doesn't move since few months now. I can access to it on my computer. What should I should do ? Thanks

Are you talking about the Application Manager?

Or have you installed the Application Manager and are trying to install a CC App like Photoshop?
