Adobe Creative Cloud error message

Was giving me an error message so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.  Still getting an error message and now Photoshop and Lightroom won't work.

Do I uninstall all Adobe Applications ) Creative Cloud Lightroom and Photoshop and will that mess up my Lightroom Catalog if I do?
