When I am installing the Adobe Creative Cloud, it's message appears as follows: "Error. There is another installer at the moment. Please remove to continue installing, error code 87". What can I do to resolve this issue and continue to install the program?

Cesarc82104044 have you tried restarting your computer and applying the update again?  If so then please utilize the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to resolve the current error.
