Hi all,
I have been a paid subscriber of Adobe Creative Cloud since November 2015 and everything has been working well. I logged into my account today hoping to get Photoshop on my work computer. However, when I go to my member's profile, all I get is this:
I went to check if my subscription has expired or something else has happened, however, I can't see history details. Ie. No products/order history etc.
My bank seems to be happy paying them monthly, though, so could someone please explain why I'm unable to see any information here, why everything works perfectly fine on my Mac (After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere in regular use) yet I'm unable to download anything apart from trials on my second computer?
Any advice will be highly appreciated! Also, I'm sure that this is the one and only account I have as it's through my student email.
