Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium Doesn't recognize my serial number for my illustrator App

I have purchased Adobe creative suite 4 design years ago, but today when I open the app adobe illustrator, it's asking me for my serial number, I enter the serial number (i took from the back of my cd box) but it's didn't recognize it, I tried to start the trial version as an adobe support agent suggested, but it's failed, I tried to use the adobe license recovery tool, but no luck, when I check in the /library/application support/adobe/adobe pcd/cache/cache.db it's the same license key as the one on the CD box, so I don't understand why it's refusing it, can you please help me?

uninstall ai cs4.

using your design prem cs4 installation files (not ai cs4 installation files), reinstall ai cs4.
