Adobe CS 5.5

New Here ,
Jul 15, 2014 Jul 15, 2014

I downloaded Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium, and it keeps telling me that Install can't be opened, You should eject the disk image. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I have tried to get this solved for hours with no luck, and this is getting ridiculous.

Hi mdamante,

Seems to be an issue with the download link.

Could you try and download the installer off the page given below and then install the software.

Download CS5.5 products

Is there a chance that this message would come up because I don't have the correct system requirements?

Hi mdamante,

Could you try and bypass the gatekeeper settings by following Error "has not been signed by a recognized distributor" | Launch Adobe applications | Mac OS

I tried that, and it still gives me the same error message. Any other suggestions?Screen Shot 2014-07-15 at 3.34.50 PM.png

Hi rndamante,

Would you please try to download the software using a different browser (not Google Chrome) and let me know if that works for you.

Tried with Safari, but did not have any luck. I dragged the install icon to my desktop, and it now gives me the error message Install cannot be opened. Please move to trash. Thoughts on how to fix that?

Thanks!
