CS2 + Acrobat 7 + Audition 3 (AND EARLIER) Activation Server is gone, so read below

You MUST use the special version and serial number on the page, not your original disc or serial number

I know that, but they still can charge me .. and they also said that it is only for users who have aready purchased the older version

That is correct - it is not intended to be available/used as free software. It is intended for people who already purchased it and need to reinstall it. You would have to contact Adobe directly with your question... and they would likely refuse to answer since they no longer provide support for it.
You can download sample versions of other Creative Suites and use them for a little bit until the trial expires.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

I cannot answer that as I do not own CS2 and do not have CS3 installed anymore to check. I know in Flash you can save back one version but I do not know if the same stands for other older Adobe programs. I don't see any option to save as CS5.5 in Photoshop CS6 in Photoshop CS6.
