Adobe CS6 Design Standard -> cannot activate because of too many activations (Legit License)

Hello everyone,

The American hotline and the German hotline have absolutely no way of resetting the activation for me so that I can use the “unlimited license”.

 

What can I do now? A reference to the community forum by the hotline sounds rather counterproductive when I look at the other entries here, but it's worth a try. Is there anyone who can help? Somewhere there are obviously Adobe servers that know that my license (officially purchased and registered with Adobe) exists.

 

Thank you very much.

 

P.S. The hotline claims that there are Adobe employees here in the community forum with better tools and access to activation servers ... I am looking for such a person 😉

your only possible fix is to use a computer which has an activated cs6 and deactivate it  (open a cs6 app > click help > click deactivate or sign-out) on that computer.  there's no work-around/hack known.

Hallo zusammen,

die amerikanische Hotline und die deutsche Hotline haben absolut keine Möglichkeit, für mich die Aktivierung zu resetten, damit ich die "unbegrenzte Lizenz" nutzen kann.


Wie kann ich jetzt vorgehen? Ein Verweis auf das Communityforum durch die Hotline klingt eher kontraproduktiv, wenn ich mir die anderen Einträge hier anschaue, aber ein Versuch ist es wert. Gibt es jemanden der helfen kann? Irgendwo gibt es ja offenbar Adobeserver, die wissen, dass meine Lizenz (offiziell bei Adobe gekauft und registriert) existiert.
