Adobe DNG Converter 12.1

After buying a new Olympus OMD M5 mark 3  I want to download the Adobe DNG Converter 12.1 to convert the ORF files in DNG. I work with Photoshop Elements 14. This program PS E 14 doesn't recognise the ORF Raw files of this new camera. Downloading Adobe DNG Converter 12.1 from the Adobe site was succesfull, but the program will not open and doesn't work in Windows 10. I even can't find the program in the list of installed programs. 
Is this problem recognized??

You will probably find the app installed somewhere like this-

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe DNG Converter.exe"

Even if not in the Start Menu, find the app and [double-click] to run it.

You can make a handy Shortcut to the App and place it on your desktop.

One big 'gotcha' that catches many is that the DNG converter works with FOLDERS.  You must select a folder of images to convert, and NOT the individual photo files. If you have the files selected it will not work!

Problem with Adobe DNG converter 12.1 is solved.

Adobe DNG Converter needs Microsoft Visual C++ instructions.
I downloaded: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-20192015-2019>.

Choose the next item:

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019
This package installs run-time components of Visual C++ libraries and can be used to run such applications on a computer even if it does not have Visual Studio 2019 installed. x64 (Special for Windows 10 64 bits)

Close the PC, and start up again, and reinstall the DNG converter 12.1
Close and start up an other time.
After that is was working here.

In this community this problem is earlier mentioned and described as "Not able to open DNG Converter 10_2 after install "
The only difference is: I used now a higher version redistributable 2015-20192015-2019> (X64) -14.24.28127
