adobe exchange window not showing in flash

i've downloaded adobe exchange but the window doesn't apperear on the list of windows in flash but it does in illustrator can you help me with this?

when you clicked adobe exchange did it open in the adobe extension manager?  if yes, did you install it for flash/?

good.

now open flash cs6 (if it's already open, close it and reopen).  click window and mouse over extensions.  leave your mouse over extensions and take/attach a screenshot.

i don't see your mouse over Extensions. 

if you used the keyboard to select Extensions, you need to use the right arrow key to open your extensions sub-panel.

if that doesn't solve your problem, mouse over Extensions and take/attach a screenshot.

then you have a adobe flash problem or a mouse problem.

click on window with your mouse and then arrow down to extensions, then arrow right.  does the extensions subpanel open?

if not, you have a flash pro problem.  if yes, do you see you extension(s) listed?

make sure you did the obvious:  shut down your computer, restart your computer and restart flash with no help.

the next step would be to re-install flash.
