i don't see your mouse over Extensions.
if you used the keyboard to select Extensions, you need to use the right arrow key to open your extensions sub-panel.
if that doesn't solve your problem, mouse over Extensions and take/attach a screenshot.

acually my cursor doesn't show in screenshots but I did have my mouse over it.

then you have a adobe flash problem or a mouse problem.
click on window with your mouse and then arrow down to extensions, then arrow right. does the extensions subpanel open?
if not, you have a flash pro problem. if yes, do you see you extension(s) listed?

I still can't see it

make sure you did the obvious: shut down your computer, restart your computer and restart flash with no help.
the next step would be to re-install flash.

Hi everyone,
If anyone has managed to overcome this problem, could you share with us what the issue was?
There is another thread where we're trying to get to the bottom of it - http://forums.adobe.com/message/5220079 - any extra relevant information you have would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Fraser
