Adobe Flash CS6: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)"

Hello! I was wondering whether someone could help me out with this. For the past five days I've been getting this error: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" I don't understand why this has been popping up, and I've been trying to fix this. I've searched on the internet and tried everything, but nothing seems to work!

Is there anyone who can please help me out with this situation?
