Adobe Illustrator Won't Download!

I have a Mac OS X El Capitain version 10.11.4.

I am trying to download Adobe Illustrator and it will not download.  Well, it jumps all the numbers and goes straight to 99%.  Then, it says it downloads.  Illustrator is in my apps for about 2 seconds and then goes straight back to the rest of the apps I did not download.  It does not give me any error number either.

I don't know how to fix this issue!!  Any ideas?

Run Creative Cloud Cleaner tool

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

If Illustrator appearing in Cleaner tool list, remove it.

Then retry installing it.
