Hi,

Windows 7 SP1 64 OEM. Adobe Installer does not start. In Task Manager I see 2 processes with the same name: 'Photoshop_Set-Up.exe *32'. Same with Creative Cloud and LightRoom.

Does it mean the downloaded installer is for 32-bit system? It is downloaded automatically, I can't chose.

How do I solve this problem?

What version of Photoshop and where did you download the installer from.  The installers I have downloaded from Adobe install when you run the Setup.exe in the installer folder. On windows there are 32bit and 64bit Photoshop version  Up to CC 2019 version 20.  Starting with Photoshop 2020 version 21 there are only 2 64 bit version  one for Mac and one for Windows.

So on windows for Photoshop CC 2018 version 19 there would be 2 installer folders with setup.exe for installing  Photoshop. One for the 32bit version and one for the 64bit version. On windows old installers may be 32bit Applications that install 32bit and 64bit versions of Photoshop. Starting with Photoshop 2020 I would think all adobe applications and installers will be 64bit applications.

I only installed the 64bit version of Photoshop CC 2018 verion 19 which has been updated the version 19.1.9

Dear JJMack,

Thanks for reply! Once I've registered on creativecloud.adobe.com in my profile I see the list of apps according to my plan. So I used the links to download them - I believe there are the latest versions.
