actually, the converstations you showed display extraordinary patience on the part of adobe reps.
bottomline: you bought a counterfeit product that may have worked in previous years but doesn't work now because adobe finally detected the counterfeit serial number. so yes, you may have been cheated, but you weren't cheated by adobe.

How about the thousands of genuine CS4 adn CS6 customers who bought their software directly from Adobe only to have Adobe "cancel" their "owned" software when they shut off the verification servers? You see, its a creepy, thieving practice to sell people software at an exhorbitant price and not mention that they only have a couple years to use the software before you block them from re-registering on a new laptop or desktop system. The software dies with their old computer and they were never warned of this or at best...they got a small print warning a la Southpark Centipad.

A "couple of years"?
CS4 was released in 2008. That's 14 years ago.
CS6 was released in 2012. That's 10 years ago.

They were shut down years ago fanboy. Many people bought the software (myself included) only a few years before they forced everyone into a "rent your created work from Adobe" policy. Who gives a rat's pelvis how long ago they released them, if I bought them for myself, I have the right to continue using them as long as I want to without interference from the publisher I bought them from.

You were not, at the time the subscription model was introduced, "forced" to move from the license to the subscription. You were able to install and activate the Creative Suites multiple times. The CS5 and CS6 activation servers are still running, although there's no telling how long Adobe can keep them running.
You would only need to get a subscription now if you wanted Adobe products on a new machine because it's no longer possible to activate the products anymore. Adobe couldn't keep the activation servers (hardware OR software) running anymore and the activation servers are the only way to keep the software running on a new install. The activation servers for CS1-3, at least, were only deactivated within the last 3 or 4 years, and I think CS4 was deactivated within the last year so I'd say you got your money's worth.
As long as you keep the computer you last installed and activated your CS package on operational, you can keep using it.
And for the record, I'm not particularly happy about the subscription model myself but there's nothing I can do about it.

Because people do not know how to help here even though another human being is literally asking for help themselves! I am so sorry people are literally on Adobes side. Like yeah they have great products but what this person is saying is true. Sometimes there was no point of contact for me. To the person asking for help if you can please spread this message because i know it will help you so please help others with the same problem
I was suffering a cancellation fee of over a hundred bucks and i do not even use the software anymore. To stop them from theiving, all you have to do is contact your payment card holder/ bank and tell them to cancel the payments made by adobe systems as hey are unauthorised and they can give you a new card number and they can no longer take any money out. Also you can also ask your bank to start a dispute for them to return your money that they have stole. I literally had the same problem and they stole over 100 bucks. I had NO point of contact believe me i tried everything and this is the resolution that helped me get these scammers off my back.

"I was suffering a cancellation fee of over a hundred bucks and i do not even use the software anymore." You mean the cancellation fee you agreed to when you signed up " To stop them from theiving, all you have to do is contact your payment card holder/ bank and tell them to cancel the payments made by adobe systems" I fear this may be bad advice. Cancelling a payment you are contracted to pay doesn't make the debt go away. Adobe would be within their rights to pursue the debta, and to call in debt recovery which could cost several hundred more dollars "as hey are unauthorised" That would be a LIE though, because you DID authorize it. In this case it becomes fraud. Yours.

Actually you are incorrect here. I had not a contract with adobe. I have no debt smh who said they have debt? I have money in my bank and they continue to TAKE out money. I pay on MONTHLY terms not ANNUAL. Even if one were to pay on annual terms they cannot TAKE out money unless you agree to paying the following years software. Just because you paif for one year it does not mean you agree to the next. Consent and authorisation is super important in any situation especially regarding money. Keep your pesky opinions to yourself and let me help others thank you very much. It is not just me with this problem, it is a crazy amount of others so do not call me a liar. I have not been taking out money from peoples' bank account for software they do not use or have tried to cancel over 20 times! They have great software but tricking consumers into such turmoil such as a cancellation fee of over $100 AUD and continously taking out money when i have tried to contact them etc. is berserk and not very professional in my eyes and many others. For people who are trying my method i guarantee IT DOES WORK and not to be afraid of debt or whatever bs he/she mentioned because none will be recieved.
